A fast growing multi-media company looked to Spyder Works for a fast-forward leadership development program.

Facing an increasingly challenging landscape in the broadcast and communications industry, this fast growing multi-media company saw the need to develop the leadership skills of its leaders to spearhead organizational transformation. With a flagship television network plus established weather, traffic and travel-related media brands, the company was a pacesetter and pioneer in its markets and committed to even greater results.


Spyder Works was asked to partner on the creation and delivery of an accelerated leadership development program that would upgrade skills of key corporate decision-makers to optimize performance, strategic thinking and team engagement.

In alignment with our client’s corporate vision and program objectives, Spyder Works interviewed key stakeholders as a basis for designing a practical and nimble leadership development program. Some of the key areas of focus included leadership, partnerships through difficult situations, career planning, coaching, communication and feedback. We created and delivered interactive workshops and skill building tools to spur enhanced personal development, immediate application of learning and increased accountability.


Spyder Works supported the workshops with coaching and
peer learning sessions to better transform skills training into leadership behavior.
